TruSTAR is a four-step professional development program leading to certifications and designed to prepare students with the soft skills necessary for success in employment after graduation.
Students completing the TruSTAR program will demonstrate an:
- Awareness of soft skill areas;
- Ability to assess and develop their soft skills;
- Expertise in the application of soft skills; and
- Ability to communicate their soft skill strengths to prospective employers.
Online learning occurs in the following areas:
